Vyxtoranuoyz offers refunds for our 3D modeling courses under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of the course content.
To request a refund for a 3D modeling course, please contact us at clients@vyxtoranuoyz.world or through our contact page. Include your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Once you have accessed more than 25% of a course's content, the course becomes non-refundable. Additionally, mentorship sessions that have been completed are not eligible for refunds. Digital course materials are considered consumed upon access.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer course transfers instead of refunds. If you are unable to complete a course but wish to enroll in a different 3D modeling course, please contact us to discuss transfer options.
Mentorship packages are eligible for partial refunds if cancellation is requested before scheduled sessions begin. Once mentorship sessions have commenced, refunds are calculated based on unused sessions.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our 3D modeling courses, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation, which may include a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
